How is everyone doing? I hope you are being healthy and happy!
Well, I didn’t get time to post yesterday I was so busy plus Henry wouldn’t nap.
So this is what I ate yesterday
B: scrambled eggs with Turkey slices, avocado a bit of rice and broccoli
L: err more rice haha with some chicken slices and peas
D: chicken with a whole bag of stir fry some rice.
Snacks: slim fast bar, wheat free cookies and a small glass of rose.
I’ve been tracking my nutrition and calories in my fitness pal and yesterday I did go over my 1300 kcal limit and I had too many carbs.
I’m still trying to have loads of veg, 500kcal of carbs (white rice and potatoes) 500kcal of protein and 500kcal of fat.
Yesterday I had 44% carbs 20% protein and 36% fat.
I have been weighing everything so I can track exactly what I’m eating until I get the hang of knowing how much stuff weighs just by looking at them.
I am finding that I am full and don’t really need lunch so I will try to go more with my appetite than ‘must eat 3 meals’.
i don’t know if it’s hormones or coz its nearly spring but I’ve been feeling much happier lately. Could it be my new diet?
Well actually, I did have a bratty screaming fit to myself when my internet wouldn’t work and timed out every time I tried to pay for something online. Haha! Now that was part pms and part stupid effin internet. I’m kind of project managing the refurb of my mums place and its flamin stressful (especially when the Internet is being a bleep)
My weight is the same 70.7. I was hoping for a dramatic weight loss by now. I’ll have to be more careful and up the green vegetables ante.
I’ll try to post over the weekend and I MUST listen to some more podcasts to keep me on the straight and narrow.
